Comanies House have advised they're investigating an issue where the status of some transactions is remaining as "pending" after submission. They are investigating this to identify and resolve as quickly as possible.
With respect to the changes needed for the Companies House Forms and/or Incorporations please ensure you're running v16.7.461, whch was released late on Friday 28th November. You can update by logging in as the Hub Admin, typically admin, and going to Notifications to download/apply the update.
