“The only painful part was getting data out of the old software. It didn’t have proper export capabilities,” Ross admits.

“The import capability on TaxCalc’s side was easy. There was no major downtime. And the support we had from the Account Management team was excellent. They were always at the other end of the phone, even working over the weekend to make sure we were supported.”
