About the role

We are looking for a talented In-House Creative Designer to join the TaxCalc marketing team and become the primary creative resource for the business, producing high-quality visual content across both the TaxCalc and TaxCalc | Engager brands.

This is a broad, hands-on role for a designer who thrives on variety and takes real pride in the quality of their output. You will work across brand and visual identity, marketing campaigns, digital and web assets, and product communications, translating briefs from the marketing team into polished, on-brand creative that makes a real commercial difference.

What you’ll be doing

• Produce high-quality visual content across the TaxCalc and TaxCalc | Engager brands.
• Work across brand and visual identity, marketing campaigns, digital assets, web assets and product communications.
• Translate briefs from the marketing team into polished, on-brand creative.
• Contribute actively to campaign concepting and creative direction, not just execution.
• Brief and oversee external freelance designers where needed, maintaining quality and consistency.

What we’re looking for

• 3-5 years design experience, ideally in-house within a B2B or SaaS environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating brand, digital and campaign creative.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
• Strong Figma skills.
• Familiarity with Canva and Asana.

Nice to have

• Experience working in SaaS, technology or B2B marketing.
• Experience supporting campaign concepting and creative direction.
• Experience briefing or overseeing freelance designers.
