Great news, two updates have just gone live in Engager. Both are aimed at helping practices get more value out of Engager, faster, and I've put together a quick video for each so you can see them in action.
Every user now sees a "Get Engager Setup" checklist and a "Need Help" panel when they log in, without needing to have completed onboarding first. It gives new practices a guided tour through key setup steps (like company information), and everyone easy access to:
User Guiding gives new practices a clearer path to getting set up and seeing value early, and it'll only get better as we add more content and act on the feedback coming through.
rms to collect sales leads for your business. Use with easy to generate QR codes on your website, in email campaigns, outdoor marketing, business cards or flyers.
With enhanced analytics you can accurately measure the effectiveness of any marketing channel.
Under Settings > Deals > Prospect Form, this lets practices build their own lead capture forms and publish a link they can drop anywhere: their website, social media, an email campaign, or a QR code.
Highlights:
Because every published form link is trackable, practices finally get visibility into which channels are actually converting into leads, not just how many people filled in a form.
Every update in this release exists because someone told us where Engager.app wasn't quite working the way they needed it to, whether that was a missing report, a fiddly pricing step, a status that didn't exist yet, or a right-click that stopped working.
That's exactly how we want it to keep working. If there's something slowing you down, log it through Sleekplan or raise it with your account manager. It's the fastest route from "this is annoying" to "this got fixed."
Want to see any of these in action? Log in to Engager.app to try the new deals report, link a file to your next memo, or round a client's fees in one click. And if you've got feedback of your own, we're listening.
