You can choose from filling in the official form or a simple step-by-step wizard, or swap between the two. "I want to tell you how essential TaxCalc is to me. I am now 70 years old and for many years now TaxCalc has been the best, easy to use tax filing system for me.
From my early days of using it, help from TaxCalc has always been there - no one could have been more nervous and apprehensive in filing on line than me, but TaxCalc's easy to understand and step by step guide has enabled me to file with confidence and accuracy. In fact TaxCalc has allowed me to boast that at my age I am able to 'tax file on line'... it is so easy to use- but I don't tell everyone how easy it is to use... that way I get their total admiration... oh well I suppose my secret is out now!

"I was stupid enough recently to install ‘Vista’ on my computer. The outcome was not as expected and, to cut a long story short, necessitated the re-formatting of my hard drive.
I had my 2005 TaxCalc disc but not 2006. I have, this evening, not only purchased the 2007 version from you but have also been able to download 2006. You may well ask why on earth I would need 2005 and 06 but two new recent clients are in trouble!!

"Quite exceptional. I bought (I think) but didn't use TaxCalc 2005 but had my accountant do it for £625.00. I did buy, use and submit the 2006 return and found it simple to use thus, hopefully, saving some £600.
The most impressive feature was the support. I emailed the first request and had a call back about an hour later which resolved the two queries. I then phoned again and got an immediate answer and solution, a third call was answered immediately, no-one readily available but a call back was promised, and made, in about 10 minutes. Again the solution was given swiftly.
I can't think how you could improve on this. Can't praise it highly enough. I'll certainly spread the word and use it again next year. Many thanks."

I did speak to you about it last year as my password for filing online was seen by one of my staff as it spelt it out in full but also to ask if you could make each individual client's TR protectable as I didn't want all of the staff to see all of the returns...
