	What happened to the Hub?
	The Client Hub is a part of the Accounts Production package and will be available as a standalone download after release. We are currently developing the Client Hub and will add Practice Management functionality over the coming months. The Hub will be offered, as promised, free of charge to existing and new TaxCalc clients... watch this space!

	Do you have a demo I can download?
	Yes. A free 14 day demo of TaxCalc Accounts Production is available to download. Please click here to visit our demo download page.

	What other modules do you have planned for the Hub / Accounts Production?
	We will be developing a range of modules to add functionality to our products. These will include Time and Fees, Practice Management and Company Secretarial as well as other modules allowing you to tailor the software to your own needs.

	What limitations does the demo have?
	The 14-day demo will be a fully functioning version of the software. Only the export and print functions will be disabled.

	How will TaxCalc Accounts Production deal with a change of accounting year-end?
	You can set and change accounting periods within the system and these will be reflected in the financial statements. The software can optionally roll-forward the last year's closing balance into the current accounting period.

	I am currently a user of TaxCalc iXBRL conversion service. Is this service still available?
	Yes. We will continue with our iXBRL conversion service, but if you would like to move to TaxCalc Accounts Production please give us a call regarding outstanding iXBRL credits.

	Is there an example Chart of Accounts I can download?
	Yes, there is a PDF version of the Chart of Accounts available.

	What kind of reports can TaxCalc Accounts Production produce?
	Reports generated include: audit trail, nominal ledger, trial balance, tax reports, lead schedules and financial statements.

	Will TaxCalc Accounts Production include templates for Limited Liability Partnerships?
	This will be available as an additional module early next year.

	Do I need to manually tag the accounts myself?
	Accounts Production handles all XBRL tagging for you.

	Is there a data import facility?
	Data can be imported directly from TaxCalc. We are planning to produce a third-party import module in the near future.

What are the system requirements to run TaxCalc Accounts Production?

For TaxCalc Accounts Production to run efficiently, please make sure you have the following minimum system specifications on your PC:

Operating Systems:
Windows XP (Service Pack 3 or later)
Windows Vista
Windows 7
Windows Server 2003 (or higher) for server installations

And appropriate hardware to run the above operating systems.
We advise that all appropriate Windows Updates are applied to your operating system. Please go to http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com for details.

Display Requirements:
1024×768 resolution monitor

Disk Space:
300 Mb

Programs:
PDF Reader software, such as Adobe Reader if you want to create a printable pdf document.

You will also need:
An internet connection, to download and license the software and to run updates.
